Instructor

Douglas Flockhart

I am a strength and conditioning coach and retired professional athlete that fell in love with jiu jitsu. Having studied jiu jitsu in the Uk, canada, USA and now in Switzerland I compete with the Icon team valais.
This amazing martial art has taught me countless lessons that improved my performance on the mat and empowered me to live a happier, healthier life.
